When you subscribe to our website either through signing up to our mailing list or creating an account, you are automatically giving your consent and agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. Any customer can unsubscribe from our emailing list at anytime by viewing any email or delete their account through their profile.
2. When account is operated through Urban Voyage, we reserve the right to distribute and sell information to third parties for activities such as marketing. 3.Data can be distributed to anyone one of our associates however no information regarding bank details or such will be disclosed.
4. Urban Voyage reserves the right to terminate an account at anytime, without reason or justification.
5. Depending on ones preferences will determine how you are contacted.
6. Even if a person has unsubscribed from emailing lists they will still receive updates in terms and conditions and policies. The account will be required to be deleted if they wish to remove all communication.
7. An account is required to place orders and is required to enter draws and giveaways, to view our policies regarding draws and giveaways click here.
8. If marketing has been accepted then all customers agree to receive all marketing material, there is no limits to the frequency or time the material is to be distributed.
